Hey everybody! My name is Darren Tomasso. I am a Performance Coach, Health and Wellness Consultant, Director of Training at The Session NYC, and Health and Wellness Director for Metropolis Sport Magazine.

My mantra is “WinYourDay.” It's an athletic mindset that encourages people to recognize and celebrate the small wins achieved daily that sustain long-term momentum, motivation, and forward progress. My holistic approach shifts the focus away from how you look, and instead towards improving physical and mental performance on your journey of lifelong health and happiness.

I'm not one to just tell you what to do in hopes that it sticks or put you through a grueling workout just to make you sweat. My goal as a coach is to teach you the "how's" and "why's," so that you are equipped with the tools you need to build habits that are enjoyable and sustainable for your lifestyle.

I believe access to health, wellness, and fitness is a fundamental right that shouldn’t be limited by financial constraints, social determinants, social status, what someone looks like, or how “fit” they are. It's never been more evident than today just how much our personal health depends on the health of the society around us. The health of an individual truly depends on the health of the collective whole.
